Pooja's journey into the world of yoga began with her passion for Bharatanatyam dance. Recognizing the benefits of yoga for her dance practice, she embarked on a deep exploration of the practice. Her dedication led her to become a certified yoga teacher, and she started sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with students.

Despite challenges and personal commitments, Pooja's connection to yoga remained strong, guiding her on a path of self-discovery and inspiring her to pursue a second master's degree in trauma healing.

With her expertise in yoga therapy, Pooja is devoted to helping individuals overcome physical, mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual challenges and find balance in their lives. Her compassionate guidance and personalized approach create transformative experiences for her clients, embodying the power of yoga as a healing modality.
